The bill (Reg. No. 2063д) aims to establish favorable conditions for the development of local innovation system that would secure full-fledged innovation cycle – from generation of ideas to establishment of commercially successful high-tech product in the following directions: informational and telecommunicational technologies; pharmaceutics and biotechnologies; energy saving and energy efficiency; medicine and pharmaceutics; microelectronics; and aerospace industry.

Particularly, it is suggested introduce peculiarities of taxation for the participants of Tekhnopolis National Project, who, depending on their scope of activity, correspond to certain criteria outlined in the bill.
